Annual User Day - 8th July
Explore. Share. Connect.Join us for a one-day celebration of the Silicon Photonics community
A day for researchers, students, start-ups — and anyone exploring silicon photonics.
This day is designed for the people driving research and development forward — from PhD students and postdocs, to early-career researchers, start-ups, and engineering teams building new photonic devices.
Whether you’re a current user of CORNERSTONE or just starting to explore what open-access silicon photonics can offer, you’re warmly invited to join us.
This year’s theme – User-Led, Future-Focused – is all about celebrating the ideas, breakthroughs and feedback that continue to shape CORNERSTONE’s role in the photonics ecosystem.

What to Expect
-
User-led case studies from start-ups, researchers and developers
-
Join a simulation workshop delivered by ANSYS (C-PIC members only)
-
See what others are working on in our poster and banner showcase
-
Hear about what supports are available for startups
-
Networking and collaboration opportunities throughout the day
