Soft mask submission deadline: Designs must be submitted by the soft deadline to receive a Design Rule Check (DRC).
Hard mask submission deadline: No late submissions will be accepted. No DRC will be carried out, and designs are submitted entirely at your own risk.
Please be aware that all deadlines end at 1:00 PM (13:00) GMT.
MPW schedule is subject to change. CORNERSTONE reserves the right to cancel fabrication calls.

Staff and students employed at UK Universities
If you’re based at a UK University then access to all MPW runs until May 2029 will be 50% subsidised by the CORNERSTONE Photonics Innovation Centre. You will automatically receive this subsidy when you sign-up to an MPW call.
